Work at the intersection of heritage craftsmanship and international trade. All positions based in Faridabad, Haryana with remote options where noted.
Lead our international sales function — identify and convert overseas buyers, importers and retail chains across Germany, UK, USA and Africa. Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, negotiate pricing and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP), manage key accounts, and drive revenue toward our ₹100 Cr growth target. Represent Indique Exports at international trade fairs and buyer meetings.
Take complete P&L ownership of Indique Exports' global operations. Build and lead cross-functional teams across sales, sourcing, logistics and compliance; set up branch offices in Nairobi and Port Alfred; oversee export documentation (LUT, AD Code, FIEO, EPCH) and ensure on-time, compliant global shipments. Define strategy to scale across 20 countries by 2028–29.
Generate and qualify new export leads across target markets. Run outbound campaigns on B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia), LinkedIn and email; prepare quotations and product catalogues; follow up with prospects; and hand over qualified buyers to the sales team. Maintain an organised lead pipeline and market-intelligence reports.
Build and manage our network of artisan clusters and vendors across India — Mithila, Moradabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur and beyond. Source products across all 23 categories, negotiate vendor pricing, ensure consistent quality and capacity, manage sampling and OEM/private-label production, and nurture fair, long-term artisan relationships.
Carry out multi-stage quality checks on incoming and outgoing handicraft consignments. Inspect products against buyer specifications, check dimensions, finish and packaging, document defects with photos, prepare QC reports, and ensure only export-grade items are dispatched. Coordinate with sourcing and packing teams to resolve quality issues.
Manage Indique Exports' online presence and global e-commerce listings (Amazon Global, Etsy, own website). Run SEO, social media and paid campaigns to attract international buyers, create product content and photography briefs, track analytics, and generate qualified enquiries from Germany, UK, USA and Africa.
