Yes. We proudly serve single-piece custom orders as well as full 40-foot container loads with equal dedication and professionalism. Whether you are an individual collector or an international distributor, your order receives the same quality attention.

We offer full OEM/ODM services including private labeling, custom designs, non-standard sizes, color customization, special finishes, and bespoke packaging tailored to your brand requirements. NDAs can be signed for sensitive product designs.

For stock items: 10–20 business days. For custom orders: 30–60 days depending on volume and complexity. Sample production typically takes 7–14 days. We always provide firm delivery commitments before order confirmation.

We have a multi-stage quality control process: raw material inspection, in-process checks, final craftsmanship audit, and packaging review. Before dispatch, we share high-resolution photos and videos of your complete order for your approval. We do not ship without your sign-off.

We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms depending on your requirements. For payment, we accept T/T (wire transfer), LC at sight, and other standard trade payment instruments. Specific terms are discussed and agreed upon during order negotiation.

Yes. Our Mithila/Madhubani paintings are GI-tagged authentic artworks. We are members of EPCH and FIEO, MSME certified, IEC registered, and aligned with the Make in India initiative. Certificates of origin are provided with every shipment.

Yes, we warmly welcome visits to our Faridabad corporate office and manufacturing unit. For serious buyers, we can also arrange visits to select artisan clusters in Bihar, Agra, and Lucknow. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
